Trying to contact the store regarding my Bluelight card not being accepted online. You have a contact number where staff dont even bother to pick up the phone. You just get a nessage not taking calls!!! Absolutely rubbish. Not a good first impression, will be going to the West End. Dont bother with their rubbish customer service.

Ieri io ed un’amica, siamo state nel vostro store Sephora alla Nave De Vero Spoiler: nuovo punto di riferimento! Abbiamo trovato un personale molto solare e accogliente oltre che un ambiente curato e ben fornito! Giulia è stata il mio punto di riferimento sia per la scelta dei prodotti make up sia per la skincare, mi sono avvicinata al mondo Benefit e ne sono già entusiasta, quindi la ringrazio ancora per la sua professionalità e la sua dolcezza. Abbiamo concluso in bellezza con Cristiana che ci ha fatto una consulenza skincare e ci ha svelato che tipo di pelle abbiamo dandoci il suo parere professionale! Cristiana è una make up Artist meravigliosa, si vede che ama il suo lavoro e ha un’esperienza pluriennale, è stato un sogno vederla all’opera, ha truccato la mia amica e lei stessa si è sentita una diva (nel giorno del suo compleanno!) complimenti a tutto lo staff, ci rivedremo presto! P.s. Grazie per l’omaggio del compleanno che non avevo ritirato!

Ho acquistato una matita labbra di Too Faced nel negozio Sephora a Napoli nella galleria Umberto I e la scatola non è stata controllata. Una volta tornata a casa e aperta la scatola era vuota. Ho chiamato il negozio, ma visto che io abito lontana dal punto vendita e non ho la possibilità di riandare lì mi hanno detto di chiamare il servizio clienti per un’autorizzazione ad un cambio in un negozio vicino, ma una volta chiamato il servizio clienti mi hanno detto che questa opzione non era possibile e che non avrei potuto fare nient’altro se non andare nuovamente in quel negozio. Conclusione ho pagato una matita che però non ho avuto.

Hätte mal die Bewertungen hier vorher lesen sollen. Wollte eine Bestellung von Heute stornieren, was aber komischerweise nicht möglich ist. Ich soll entweder die Annahme verweigern oder das Paket retournieren. War meine erste und letzte Bestellung. Für Miniproben soll ich fast 40,00 Euro zahlen!!! Hätte mir die Produkte vorher genau ansehen sollen. Warenwert soll angeblich 67,00 Euro sein. Ich ärgere mich echt über mich selbst. Zum Glück habe ich Klarna Rechnung ausgewählt. Kontakt zu Klarna gab es schon, die warten jetzt auf die Antwort von Sephora. PS: Das Kontaktformular funktioniert nur über die Webseite und nicht über die App. Solange die App installiert ist, wird man zur App geleitet und in der App funktioniert das Konto nicht.

Do solo 3 stelle perché dopo aver fatto vari acquisti sia in negozio che on Line da ben 300€ hanno messo un misero campioncino di una crema, in negozio nemmeno uno di campioncino avendo speso sempre tanto ! per lo più la borsa ordinata mi è arrivata scucita !!

I was so happy when I found out you could order Sephora from France to the Netherlands. So I started ordering and it all went well until my last order. This package was only filled with paper, not even my free testers were in the box. After contacting customer service they just told me I basically will not get a refund nor the products I’ve ordered. I don’t know if the blame is for Sephora.fr or the mailing service but.. Save your money!
