This is the worst credit card to have. I’m referring to the Sephora Visa Card. They got you with what they call”late fees” left and right when they make an error of processing your payment. I recently made a payment online with them. They sent me an email saying that the payment was processed. Now I get another $30 late fee on the next statement. When I called, they said my payment was declined by my bank so they charged me a $30 check decline fee. Even though I received an email confirmation. Called my bank and they said Sephora never did the transaction. My bank was willing to do a 3way call with them to confirm this. Called Sephora back. Now they tell me that the bank account information was wrong. Mind you, I had confirmed the correct account number with them. They refuse to remove any charge. They open up a dispute for me after I pester them for a resolution. They tell me it would take up to 4 months to get a response and that I will continue to get a monthly late charge fee. There is no accountability here and it’s borderline illegal/fraudulent. I ended up paying the inappropriate/illegal late fees to avoid other late charges. This time they took my debit card info. I asked them if the payment went through and they said it did. Same time as last time. Truly the worst customer service ever. I haven’t even mentioned how rude and accusatory the representative was. I hope that sharing this helps. Don’t want others to experience this.

They sent me a bill 1 week before the due date. I did try to pay it right away but the bill had no account number listed so I couldn’t send it. Then I tried telling customer service it was a new card. I didn’t have the account info. They only credit $15 after the $50 plus dollar charge. Bad business practice and poor customer service!

Someone stole my identity and opened a Sephora credit card account under my name, and purchased gift cards. I immediately called the Sephora Fraud Department to report the issue. They said they would investigate and get back to me. I never heard back so I called several times and was always told that they were investigating. I just got notified that this account has been sent to a debt collector. Way to help someone out who had their identity stolen. Seriously?!

I regret to share my disappointing experience with Sephora regarding a recent order cancellation and refund issue. On June 4th, I placed an order (#5007411216) which was unfortunately canceled due to technical reasons. I was assured by Sephora's customer service that I would receive a refund of €94.45 within 10 working days. However, despite multiple assurances and follow-ups, it has now been over a month since the cancellation, and I have not received my refund yet. Each time I reached out for an update, I received generic responses stating that my case was being escalated and requesting further patience. This lack of transparency and failure to fulfill their commitments has been incredibly frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expect timely and efficient service, especially when it comes to financial transactions. The prolonged delay and lack of resolution from Sephora have left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge potential customers to consider these service issues before making purchases from Sephora. While their products may be appealing, the customer service and handling of refund processes leave much to be desired. I hope Sephora addresses these issues promptly and improves their customer service standards to prevent similar frustrations for others in the future.

Oggi alla sephora di san Biagio di Callalta ho trovato Silvia detta Sissi….semplicemente unica,competente,bellissima,truccata benissimo. Mi ha consigliata ,mi ha spiegato come truccare il contorno del viso…spero di ritrovarla perché è stata un’esperienza unica. Luisella

Riporto la mia esperienza veramente negativa. Ho richiesto in un negozio Sephora di Roma trattamento sopracciglia e baffi. Prima di cominciare il trattamento, mi hanno fatto firmare un foglio. Mi è stata fatta dall'estetista una tinta alle sopracciglia (da me non richiesta) e messo mascara colorato alle ciglia ( da me non richiesto). Quest'ultimo mi ha causato una fortissima congiuntivite. Ho fatto presente il tutto e mi hanno risposto che sul Disclaimer (clausola di esclusione di responsabilità) da me firmato, non vi era nessuna allergia da me segnalata. Leggere il tutto era impossibile, visto i caratteri di scrittura piccolissimi. E poi ho posto la mia firma sapendo di dover fare solo sopracciglia e baffi. La mia è stata una congiuntivite forte, sopraggiunta subito dopo e la cura lunga e costosa. Se firmate per questo trattamento ( sopracciglia) richiedete subito una copia e soprattutto leggete prima di firmare. Non pensavo che potesse succedermi tutto questo. Oltre il danno, la beffa. Ho voluto riportare la mia esperienza (negativa purtroppo) affinché sia di monito ad altre persone.
