I ordered a sol de jeneiro shower gel (around £23) and when it arrived the bottle is really squashed and dirty I messaged sephora customer care several times and they refused to exchange only offering me a £5 coupon not happy at all very poor customer service. The bottle is sealed so whoever packed it must have been able to see the state it's in. Won't be shopping there again.

Ho acquistato tramite l'applicazione letyshop e poi sul loro negozio. Il Cashback era del 10% e dopo 2 mesi mi è stato rifiutato. Dicono che sono state violate delle regole di acquisto e non mi risulta. Trovato molto scorretto e se non risolvono non acquisterò più da loro. Contattato latyshop e fornito prove riguardo l'acquisto.

They’re always so damn slow with packing orders. I’m a gold member, and so eligible for free express shipping for any purchase. So you would think that I’d get my order within 3days like other retailers who do express (some of mine arrive in 1-2 days). But why does it take 3 days to actually pack an order? And then it’ll take another 3 days for it to arrive? May as well just say it’s standard shipping. If you’re understaffed in the warehouse, hire more people so that it’s processed quicker! No point online shopping if it takes over a week to arrive. Most annoying online retailer to deal with.

The samples have been completely missing but they show in the delivery label. This is super disappointing as I kept adding more to my order to get the free samples. I wanted to order my free birthday gift, which was not available in my local store . I placed an order for 110+ and was offered two free samples. So technically the birthday gift is a scam where you need to shop online in order to get it . Why the printed label shows the items that are not sent ? I often choose Sephora because of the nice samples -- which has led to me discovering new products. Why should I continue to shop here if this isn't being kept up? I could easily get my makeup at somewhere like Shoppers and get Optimum points instead if you're not going to bother sending ANY samples with my order. I left a review in Sephora community chat. A moderator/customer rep contacted me. So as a resolution of completely missing samples with my order, I am offered 50 points (which is worth $1) … I am wondering what samples Sephora offers in $1? Completely RIDICULOUS… Why can’t you just offer the samples to the customers whom you lure to add more items in cart in order to get free samples , as it’s Sephora’s mistake to not deliver samples with the order?

Ich habe jetzt schon 5 Mal bei Sephora online bestellt. Es steht dort "bis zu 3 Proben" zu jeder Bestellung. Ich habe bislang bei JEDER Bestellung nur eine Probe erhalten. Ist ja grundsätzlich in Ordnung, dann aber bitte auch nicht mehr Proben in Aussicht stellen.

4 weeks since return still no refund! Hold on to your money as long as they can! Still waiting refund on item I returned early October! Will never shop online again!

The delivery of my package is giving me a headache. The delivery company sent it to a pickup point that I did not select after giving me several problems to deliver it to my work address. It is now 1h away and after I called their customer service they said there is nothing they can do. That I have to pick it u0 at that address. I asked if they can at least cancel it and send a new one to my real address and they denied the request. Terrible delivery policy and terrible customer service assistance. Truly awful.
