Placed Order Number: 6594329026 on November 5th for Sephora brand makeup products, but the 30% sale discount was only applied to one of the items. The Kohl's website clearly states a 30% discount for all the Sephora collection. I called the Sephora customer service this morning, but the overseas agent barely spoke English and refused to adjust my order purchase. All documentation is available.

Incommentabile. Sono diventata sephora gold a settembre e fino ad adesso non ho avuto tutti questi “vantaggi” di cui parlano. Molte volte spendo 80, 100, 150€ e molte volte mi dicono che i campioncini sono esauriti! Mi dicono sempre di aspettare le promozioni, sono mesi che aspetto e queste promozioni non le ho mai ricevute!!!

Order FN84988266 - returned as per their policy. The return was received as per their intelligent returns confirmation email yet it has been over 10 days and still no refund. Poor customer service. Will not use again.

On vacation, I went to a Sephora store within a Kohl’s. It was set up and staffed exactly like an independent Sephora store. The register was the typical Sephora register with the black-and-white Sephora decor. One of my purchases was an eyeliner I couldn’t use because it had no tip. A couple of days later, I tried to return it at Sephora—unused, in the box, and with the receipt. Sephora refused to return it and advised me for the first time that I would have to go back to Kohl’s. I have no Kohl’s where I live. I typically do not shop for make-up in Kohl’s. Even worse, when I tried to return it at a Sephora store, the Sephora employee took it upon herself to grab a sharpener and sharpen it as if to prove to me that if I had a pencil sharpener, it would be fine. She gave me no warning and had altered the brand new product before I could even realize what she was doing. So now even if I wanted to return it at Kohl’s, I couldn’t because the Sephora employee gratuitously “used” the unboxed product. I then called Sephora’s 800 number and they likewise refused to return the product. I have shopped at Sephora‘s for over 30 years across the country. Because Sephora refused to stand behind a $23 transaction and want to disclaim their responsibility to a customer that sephora Knows full well is set up to appear to be a purchase from a Sephora store, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT SEPHORA’s AGAIN!
