Entro nel negozio di roma termini per acquistare un rossetto velocemente, avevo il treno a breve, mostro il campione al commesso e lui aprendo il cassetto mi da il rossetto richiesto. Lo pago ( tutto in 5 minuti), prima di uscire dal negozio decido di aprire la scatolina per mettere il rossetto e mi accorgo che era sbagliato. Torno dal commesso che, scusandosi mi dà il rossetto giusto dicendomi di recarmi alla cassa per il reso. In cassa c'era la signorina di prima che mi dice di non avere l'autorizzazione per fare il reso e che la responsabile era impegnata. Attendo pazientemente una decina di minuti, quando la responsabile con tutta calma arriva quasi infastidita dalla mia fretta , fa un reso con un'operazione alquanto lunga e io perdo ben 15 minuti per un'acquisto durato tre. La gentilezza iniziale si è persa in un sistema ipocrita e lento

As a Rouge member for over a decade or so, I must say my overall experience with Sephora has been mainly pleasant. I’m not one to return items as I tend to do a lot of research into the products I know I want and are purchasing prior to pulling the trigger. With that said, of course it’s not 100% accurate and I have ended up with a few items here or there that I’m not fond of. Although with bouncing around with being in transit most of the time, I simply do not have a moment to return them at the stores or mail them back for years. What I can say is as a Rouge customer, it would’ve been great to be offered better perks, more discounts and express shipping rather than standard. With the amount of money spent here and with a track record of no returns, I expected more. In addition, while they have a plethora of products and incoming new arrivals - I do find myself not ordering much makeup these days compared to before because I am mindful of clean, healthy ingredients and Sephora’s just not there all the way yet. Also, I’m not too keen on their skincare products as I tend to go for more science-backed skincare nowadays. With the recent 20% Rouge sale, I did bulk up on products I needed restock on as well as a few new things. Here’s to hoping for the few products I’d like to return - that it’ll go smoothly. 🤞🤞

Sephora Köln Ich möchte mich noch einmal herzlich bei Filiz für die immer sehr nette freundliche Beratung bedanken . Ich gehe nur zu ihr! Denn nur sie hat wirklich Ahnung und nimmt sich Zeit für mich. Leider muss sie sich aber während der Beratung in zehn teilen….denn es sind keine Mitarbeiter zu sehen was ich sehr sehr komisch finde. Ich gehe jedes Mal zufrieden mit einer prall gefüllten Tüte nach Hause. Dank Filiz! Danke FİLİZ ein großes Lob🫶🏻 Ich möchte aber noch folgendes loswerden: Egal wann ich in den Laden komme, ist diese Mitarbeiterin alleine am arbeiten. Ich war vor zwei Wochen Samstag bei Sephora und der Laden war so voll und die einzige die gearbeitet hat, war diese Mitarbeiterin. Ich frage mich jedes Mal wo sind die Manager oder die Store Leiter. Wo sind die Mitarbeiter. Genauso auch jetzt diesen Samstag der 9.11.24 schrecklich . Desweiteren sind vor Ort so gewisse Mitarbeiter, die sich freelancer nennen 🙄und nur da rumstehen und quatschen weder die Kunden bedienen noch Mitarbeitern helfen!! İch frage mich warum die überhaupt da sind, wenn sie sich immer ich bin nicht zuständig rausreden?Ich beobachte diese Situation schon länger und musste es loswerden! Ich hoffe diese E-Mail wird erst genommen!!! Diese eine Mitarbeiterin kann sich ja nicht in zehn teilen. Ich finde es schrecklich, was für eine Situation da herrscht🫣 Die Sterne sind nur für Filiz⭐️Nicht für Sephora!!!

Hvis jeg kunne gitt 0 stjerner til Sephora, så ville de fått det. Bestilt og betalt vare 4 oktober,og etter mange mailer og etterlysninger siste uken der de påstår at pakken er levert: Gjentar at jeg må kontakte mitt lokale postkontor(som jeg også har informert de om at jeg har gjort), så nekter de å betale tilbake pengene mine ( og ingen pakke m varer)! Tracingnummeret de har gitt meg finnes ikke i postens systemer eller hos Bring etc, og jeg bli bare avvist/sendt de samme svarene av kundeservice hos Sephora. Dette er SVINDEL - hold dere langt unna! Dette var trackingnr. AMG194917858CD
