The customer service agents were very informative before and after purchasing the Med alert system from Senior Safety. The set up was so simple. Plug it in and it was set to go. The response during testing was quick and patient. Thank heavens we have not yet had to utilize the service but we are confident that when and if we need it, the service will prompt and appropriate. Peace of mind!

I ordered a medical alert for my Mother. It arrived quickly. My brother hooked it up and called the number to make sure everything was working and staff was very helpful. My Mother likes it and makes her feel safer no that she has it and is able to call for help if needed.

My mom is fairly active. She said the pendant is too heavy and is easily activated by movements such as placing it on a table, or when a cat jumps into her lap. The pendant is directly under a seatbelt when she is driving also. Unfortunately we will need to find another product. Your service was great. Thank you Michele

Hi Michele, Sorry to hear that the Mobile GPS System did not work out for your mother. Unfortunately most mobile medical alert devices that dial a 24 hour response center and offer auto fall detection are going to be on the bigger/heavier side compared to systems that work mainly at home and around the house. If your mother is interested in a smaller, more lightweight help button to wear, we offer other systems that she might be more comfortable with. Thank you, Senior Safety
