Hi Terry, The worker you spoke with came to our management team shortly after your conversation together, visibly shaken, because you were said to have been shouting and yelling at them from the moment they answered the phone. There were no extra fees added to your plan. You elected to pay for the service quarterly (every 3 months) so your bill was $19 per month, but billed every 3 months (total $57). We actually waived the shipping fee when you ordered. I believe if the conversation would have started with less hostility, you would have quickly realized nothing was out of the ordinary and would still have a reliable medical alert system in your home. We appreciate that you returned the equipment and we refunded your original payment. Take care, SS

Hi Majorie, I'm sorry to hear the fall detect button did not active when you fell. When the help button detects a motion that may be a fall, it will also detect motion afterwards to reduce false alarms, for instance, if someone dropped it but then picked it right back up. We always recommend pressing the button if you're able to, even if it has an automatic fall detect feature. Regarding the experience on September 25th - The review request email you received was asking to rate your experience with our customer service team at the time of ordering. The date was referring to the end of September when you placed the order with us. I understand if you don't feel like you're getting the full value from our service. You should still have the (press every time) help button that came with your original order before changing to the automatic fall detect button. If you prefer to use it again, please call customer service and we can help you send back the automatic fall detect button and change your plan. Hi Doris. The USPS tracking # 420234549405511206203907792581 shows the package was sent from our office on February 14th and delivered just 2 days later to your address in Virginia Beach. Please check outside your home or with your neighbors for your system. As part of our customer satisfaction guarantee, if your system is not there, we will resend another one.
