Our experience with Senior Safety has been wonderful so far; from purchasing the unit and plan to installation the customer service staff was exceptional. While setting up and testing the unit during the install, the representatives we talk with were very professional and compassionate with my dad (90 years old), and asked him if he had any questions. They were all very cheerful and helpful.

Customer service reps were knowledgeable and very helpful. The initiation process for service was quick and smooth. The service agreement which you emailed to me was illegible due to the small type size that, even when printed was useless. I was glad to receive paper copies with the unit when it was delivered.

I ordered two systems for two gentlemen; one with mobile capabilities. Initially, we experienced some trouble with set up as the system would not let us test it. We contacted the company and a representative was able to easily talk us through our mistake and all was well. The representative was very courteous, helpful and respectful. He encouraged us to test the unit until the gentleman I ordered it for was comfortable with it. The mobile system was extremely easy to set up and when we tested it, the representative was very courteous.
