I asked for a pay date of the 1st of…
I asked for a pay date of the 1st of the month. I got the contract and it says it will be taken out on the 27th to be paid on the 1st. That is NOT what I requested.

trying to get the watch set up is very…
trying to get the watch set up is very difficult even with my daughter helping me it took over two hours to get the watch working. Now I have been trying to set up the other things like oxygen levels, track walking etc it will not allow me to get a web site to do this. you need to make this more accesible for seniors its frustrating.

Hi Margaret. It seems you are reviewing a different company’s product other than ours. We do not sell a watch that tracks walking, oxygen levels, etc. We agree, those features are complicated and it’s the main reason we do not offer such a product here at Senior Safety.

Asked to sign on the computer which I could not do. I asked for a necklace and got a wrist piece. Woman was pleasant on the phone but I did have to get a neighbor to help me hook everything up.

Sorry but your device did not work in our area of the country due to only 1 bar on our cell tower coverage. We worked with your technician and he said he would arrange to have the device picked up. Please send instructions on how to return.. Marie Bahrenburg 207-437-5135

So far I'd give zero stars . Been 8 days still haven't received my unit ! Updated because, after an email I was informed that a new unit has been shipped. Let's see .
