The first system I got for the landline…
The first system I got for the landline did not work. I was forced to get a more expensive one. The phone line works perfectly. I use it every day. People call me and I call them.

Hi Denise, Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience. After looking over your account, the reason why the first system did not work is because your landline phone service appears to be out of order. When trying to call you, a message states, "You have reached a non-working number." As a company with no long-term contract, you have the option to cancel by returning the equipment. We appreciate you continuing with our service, but I do not want you to feel as if we "forced" the system onto you. It's simply the only option that will work if your home phone service is unreliable. I hope this message finds you well and helps others who read it get a better understanding as to why we recommend systems that do not require a landline connection. Take care, SS

Hi Joann, Misunderstandings can happen and we’re here to make things right when they do. It looks like when you placed your order with us, you asked for the system with automatic fall detection which is only available as a necklace and was included in the package that was sent to you. After speaking with you earlier today, you informed us that you might want to swap the fall detect necklace for a wristband help button instead. The first unit was not the proper one…
The first unit was not the proper one for our phone connection. We explained it to customer service in detail. The second unit was programmed properly, but the plug in wire was frayed. Once i repaired it, it connected, but the unit would not allow communication on the speaker. We are on the third unit now. I did not give the lowest rating since customer service is working to make it right.

there is no web interface to update…
there is no web interface to update info. either has to be done on the phone or via chat - not my preferred interface

Signing up is quick and easy
Signing up is quick and easy, however, customer service is slow and difficult. It makes me feel uneasy that "all circuits are busy, try your call later" when you call customer service to get a question answered. This happened twice so far. And, when we tested our help button the second time, the signal did not go through and I heard "If you would like to make a call, please hang up and dial again". Good thing it was only a test and not an actual emergency because I had to hit the reset button and try again!

Found better products for much less…
Found better products for much less when my AARP magazine came. Also don't like the contract that lets them access my bank account if I get behind on payments. I also thought docusign was awful.

Unit will not turn on…
I received my wifes unit and would not turn on. I called 3 times and got a different answer each time and still not working. I will try one more call tomorrow If no luck I will send the unit back I waited a week for this one and do not want to waste anymore time.
