Haven't owned my device long but was easy to set up and do a practice call. Owned one before but never wore it. I have this one beside my bed while charging and put it on once my feet hit the floor.

The customer service people are wonderful to work with. They understand our needs and was able to answer all our questions. Placing the order was quick and receiving the order was quick.

Excellent service and communication.

I just set up the system for my mom. Setup was quick and easy. The test call was successful but I found the sound quality of the customer service rep muffled and a bit difficult to understand. I asked about testing the fall part of the button since the directions included testing it but the CSR told me they don’t test that. 🙁. Hope my mom never has to use the button but now I have more piece of mind knowing she has it available.
