On line and phone assistance was excellent in assisting in our choice of plan for our 94 year old father. We have just gone through the testing of the system. We hope he never needs it, but feel better now that he has it.

Had to use the system two days after installation at my parents house. Pushed the HELP button and almost immediately was asked what the emergency was. Dad had fallen. Paramedics and Fire were called and were at the house within minutes. The dispatcher called back to see if they had arrived. Called again after they left to make sure everything was okay. It was nice to know someone was right there the entire time.

There was some question whether our land line system would be compatible with the Senior Safety system so a wireless system was standing by. Tech on helpline was great. Design (particularly the wrist band alert sender) was far superior to the anchor offered by the "#1 medic alert" supplier.

Very reassuring on the phone. I felt comfortable ordering the system. The installation was practically nothing at all. So very easy. We tested right away and the response was an extremely nice woman making sure we felt comfortable with everything.

Using my safety alarm for the first time, I was amazed at the response time. It was within seconds. A representative answer the call in a very professional and courteous manner and after confirming my identity and understanding the call was only a test, he reassured me that help would be there just as quickly when ever I needed it. My wife is now very happy and content knowing that I'm only seconds away from help. Thank you.
