Received quickly. No extra fees or costs. Works out in the yard as well as in the house. Staff was helpful as we set it up. No question too small, all answered with kindness and patience. Appreciate the waterproof, extra necklace included, Vial of Life information, and the free lock box.

I did not have the computer-connected printer for the legal size documents so had to wait for the mailed versions. Also no instructions about electronic signatures. Haven't activated it yet, so that remains to be seen.

The customer service was good. The product itself is good. Our frustration with the company/device is that the signal was weak at the home needing the device and we had to return the device. It should not have been advertised to us that a AT & T signal was strong in Monroe, Wisconsin.
