I received my wifes unit and would not turn on. I called 3 times and got a different answer each time and still not working. I will try one more call tomorrow If no luck I will send the unit back I waited a week for this one and do not want to waste anymore time.

Just get everything set up yesterday and was having trouble so I called the number and I had two people who helped me get everything fixed and set up perfect for my grandma. This was something I wish I would have done a long time ago.

I did a lot of research before I purchased your system. Your system was by far the most inexpensive and l believe is as efficient if not more efficient as the others. One company wanted to lock me in for three years for this system for my dad. Your company will let you cancel the service at any time for any reason. When I was setting up my system your technicians could not have done a better job. They were very helpful,professional, and friendly they made my dad very comfortable with the system. I am so glad I did the research. My dad feels very comfortable with your system but we hope he never has to use it. Thanks again for letting us feel secure.

Very good service but when completing set up test, the alarm center had the wrong person and that person was in Florida, not Idaho! Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
