Great customer experience. When they realized they had miscounted their stock, they reached out and offered the smaller size and waived the return fee for me when it unfortunately didn't fit. Overall, very happy that they are reachable and willing to help given the cost of their dresses.

She helped me cancel my pre-order and switch to The Ivory Pirate's Captive, which was in stock, and even asked the fulfillment team to prioritize my shipment.
