customer service is amazing!!! I accidentally clicked the wrong size and they responded to my emails super fast and fixed it for me!! absolute legends ❤️

First, I bought 2 dresses worth of 500 USD. One came torn, neither fit (not even close, poorly made). I was told I was able to get a return label for both dresses and then got no responses for a month. A month later, I'm told only one will be refunded. I sent the dress back and never got my refund. This company is extremely sketchy. Dresses are absolutely cheaply made (amazon-china quality) and they cover the scam by an excess of fabric. I lost so much money with them. Quality is horrendous and consumer service sketchy. Avoid them at all cost.

They responded immediately when I emailed them, and they helped me with a return that had expired. They didn't have to do this so I am so grateful.

I had a fantastic experience with Selkie’s customer service! I texted them for sizing advice, and got their recommendation after providing my measurements. After ordering, I couldn’t find my confirmation email, but I sent them a screenshot from my payment and they quickly updated my email address and re-sent everything. Prompt, friendly, and efficient….I’m genuinely impressed!
