注文通り商品がポートランドの倉庫に届きます。この時点では、発生する請求額は想定通りです。しかし、日本に搬送する時点で郵送料が商品重量の2倍以上の料金が発生せざるを得ないようになっています。カスタマーセンターに質問しても、通常考えられないような大きな箱で郵送されているために、再梱包代が請求されます。日本語で回答きますが、おそらく第三者による回答です。

I ordered about 50 dollars worth of goods- cosmetics.They charged me a ridiculous amount to ship them to me around 30 dollars and then later on got a call from FedEx stating I owed them £24 for customs fees. Seriously not worth it. Such a headache. Others companies like sephora charge half that for shipping costs; use them instead.

Rating this company a 1 star is even saying that they are worth rating! They are not worth anything at this point. I bought some products from colourpop cosmetics (5 liquid lipsticks) for $30 which is equivalent to about £20.72, then i go on comgateway so i can finally send the package over to my uk address. Not knowing that the package costs would cost over $25 which is about £17 to send it over. I had to pay this as i had already paid for the lipsticks...my money would have gone to waste. (THEY DON'T INFORM YOU OF THIS ON THE WEBSITE) so altogether i had payed £37 for lipsticks to be sent over..including the costs of the lipsticks. Then the package comes and to find out my products had been tampered with, my package was open and destroyed. nothing in place. already i was angered but the actual products were fine. In addition to this a week later i get a letter from Fedex saying i must pay duty and tax which came up to £19.85!!!! I got on the phone and they informed me that this must be paid or else it increases day by day after a week. LISTEN! these people are not worth it, i paid £56.85 for 5 lipsticks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have hidden costs and this is how they make their money. i regret buying from them and i am deleting my account immediately. There are many different places you can buy US products from but this website i highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Received my US$100 vinyl record damaged by ink marks. Have sent them photos and requested for insurance claim, but they have pushed the responsibility to the seller instead. (Seller showed me photo of item in pristine condition before mailing and has 100% positive reviews on the selling site). In a nutshell: ITEM IS DAMAGED. ITEM IS INSURED (charged by Comgateway). But they won't let you claim it. Rip off. Sorry Comgateway. No longer trust you guys.

On the front, Comgateway looks good with decent shipping rates. I have shipped with them several times and there were no issues with them until i had some shipments from Amazon. Comgateway blocked the account and claimed that the packages have been returned to Amazon. I contacted Amazon a week later on the returned packages and to my surprise, they informed me the packages were indeed returned BUT Comgateway actually contacted Amazon and got them to refund the purchase costs to their account instead (in the form of GIFT CARDS). Despicable actions by the company.

I am pleased with the service comgateway provided me! I love makeup so much that it's hard to get in touch with those cosmetic lines where shipping not available in my country! The good thing is comgateway exist to help those people like me :)) They updated me through email all the time! I already had two packages in my US address and still waiting for one and since they are giving 30 days free storage I am too confident.. But then the package that I was waiting took a bit long which made my free storage diminished day by day.. Until it only has 5 days free storage. I emailed comgateway to update my order because I am worried to pay for a storage fee. They updated my order and reset my free storage! From 5 days to 30 days! Now enjoying my makeup ❤️

I ordered through ComGateway to ship Colourpop Cosmetics to the UK due to no shipping service to the UK being provided by Colourpop as of yet. I ordered through their 'buy for me' service in which i entered my order and URLs of the products i wanted purchased and ComGateway buys the products for you if you do not have a US debit/credit card. There is a small fee for thid depending on the price of your order but i believe it is 10% of the order price. (I was £6) After your order is placed ComGateway send you an email confirmation of your order and then send you another email to notify you when the order has arrived at their warehouse in the US and is ready to forward to your UK address. You do not get charged for the forward shipping until the order has reached the US warehouse as they need to weigh the item to determine the shipping price. That is one of the only downsides as you cannot really estimate what your shipping price will be if you do not know your items weight. However, i had quite a large order and my shipping cost around £22 altogether. I had a voucher code for a free upgrade to express shipping when i paid for my shipping, so i would definitely recommend looking for a voucher code or choosing express delivery as my order came in 3 days! ComGateway provide a very detailed tracking system to tell you exactly where your package is at different times of the day and which is updated very regularly. Overall i would highly recommend to anyone looking for a package forwarding service from the USA to UK.
