Attention Sydney NSW 2000 Deliveries - Make sure you check fees as they have postcode 2000 listed as Remote Surcharge and charge extra $10 USD for being remote location. When I told the agent that it is the postcode for the CBD and not remote at all they said it was on the couriers remote postcode list and will take my feedback into account as we make improvements moving forward... Have no complaints about the delivery of my last parcel as it arrived with no issues, just check what you are paying for...

Similar to everyone here - I've been using comgateway for the better part of 10 years with zero issues at all. Recently went ahead with getting 2 packages delivered as I normally would have. And as with everyone's experiences here both packages were delivered (with delivery confirmations from respective merchants)... yet no news from comgateway, nothing reflected on the site. Thankfully they eventually came through, just about 3 weeks later than they should've. I'll use them again, but waiting to see if they've truly gotten their house in order from the future reviews here...

Same as everyone here in the most recent 2 months' reviews. I have not used them for a while and didn't read the reviews before shipping my order to their warehouse. My order was delivered on July 19. However, after a few days, it was still not reflected in my Comgateway account, I got worried and contacted their customer service but no one responded until 1 week later. They finally acknowledged that they received my package but are currently busy clearing their backlogs so asking me to wait for a while for them to sort it out. I do feel comforted after hearing that. On July 27, I went to check on my Comgateway account and found my package already there, immediately ship and now it is on its way to me based on the tracking number given. I gave this review 3 stars because of the bad communication from the company. If they would have displayed some notice on their website to inform us that they are experiencing an ownership change and we should expect some delay but assure us that everything will be taken care of eventually...then we will not be so panic when we did not see our delivered packages in the Comgateway account...I hope they read all these reviews and do better in future if they want to regain our trust.

Some good and some bad Good: Amazing support, reasonable and competitive rates, fast delivery Bad: I had chosen 1box to reduce the weight of my parcel and they declared the weight of 7kg. Upon checking and tracking with fedex (courier they used to send me the items) and my own weighing its only around 3.8-4kg. My shipping rates was of course based on their weighing which would be a lot less if its accurately weighed and declared.

Package arrived quickly but was damaged (books were dented badly) When I tried to file for insurance claim, the process was very long and complicated and they said I was not guaranteed a full refund, only a percentage could be claimed, and I even had to return them the whole package. Disappointing experience to say the least.

Multiple times they wanted to charge me shipping weights much higher than what my shipment's actual shipping weight is. I had to contact customer service about my shipment's shipping weight being stated much higher than what it actually should be. In these instances, they overcharged by a range of 0.5 kg - 1.5 kg on multiple occasions. The latest incident, they overcharged me by 1 kg. Luckily I noticed this before I paid and thought there is no way that shipment could be that heavy. When I contacted them, the agent told me the shipping weight is actually 2 kg although they assigned it to my account at 3 kg for payment and checkout. Though the mistake was rectified quickly after I brought it up, it makes me question how much I have been overcharged over the years given I have made hundreds of shipments from them.

Been a loyal customer for years and it has generally been smooth sailing with my packages delivered with the preferred forwarder. Unfortunately, they changed my address without informing me when one of my Amazon package was already on the way. Due to the virus it takes a while and apparently if it arrives in May, it will not be retrieved. Contacted Support and was told all customers were informed and that I lost the mail in Junk or whatever. Come on, I've never failed to receive ANY communications from Comgateway mainly because I use it often and are waiting for vouchers or coupons that recently seem to have dried up. I'm willing to show that I did not receive the mailer if Comgateway bothers to check. This experience was undesirable. Will start looking for alternatives if it doesn't improve.
