I've used the BuyForMe service of comGateway wherein they will buy a watch on behalf of me (since the US merchant doesn't accept an international credit card) and I was amazed thats even possible! I got my Fossil and Casio watches now. Very FAST shipping from US to Philippines. Got my package in 3 days! Im really happy as well that they have a $15 discount for first time shipper. 米国オレゴン・ポートランドから、日本への配送料（輸送費＋手数料）が高額すぎる。 商品を米国で購入した後で、日本への配送料が初めてわかる仕組みとなっています。しかしこの段階では実際的にキャンセル困難なので、提示された配送方法と料金の中から選ぶしかありません。 以前、輸入障壁に関わる経済産業省担当者からのコメントに、「日本での設定価格が、現地価格の1.5 倍を超える場合、一般的な関税や、通常の輸送費＋手数料だけでは説明がつかない要因が...」というものがありました。現在、考慮されている方々の参考になればと思います。

The last time I shipped with comGateway, my perfume gifts were intact because they were Clinique. In my most recent shipment, I have received a luxury perfume miniature from Acqua de Parma and samples from Diptyque and other designers which are have a retail price of 2.20usd per millilitre, my items have been "discarded" or more than likely pocketed by some dishonest staff! It seems like the reasons comgateway has provided as to why my expensive designer perfumes were discarded are unsatisfactory. Quote: "The value of the samples is US$ 0.00 as they are free samples by definition..." These luxury perfumes are from a high-end store - Barneys New York, and not some online discount shop. Worse still, I used comGateway's BuyForMe service which i was charged an additional 5% on top of my total purchase. I had clearly stated that if any one of the items including gifts were unavailable, I would not have proceeded with my order, and now my some items are missing after using their service! My expensive designer perfumes such as Acqua de Parma are exclusive gift WITH purchase items that DO have a value more than its technical price as you cannot buy them and some are collectable items. For example, a full-sized 50ml perfume is priced at 110usd, of which comgateway "discarded" my 5ml miniature which is technically worth 11usd. Just check out barneys.com page - acqua di parma colonia eau de cologone natural spray. (Unfortunately, trustpilot does not allow links to be posted in reviews) Barneys do not offer ANYTHING for free and I had to purchase 150usd worth of items in order to get what your company deems "free" samples. The replacement items you are sending over are not equivalent (two cheap, unbranded perfumes, someone else's samples - mascaras and one make up fix which I have no idea of its past origin) cannot replace the value of my luxury perfume samples. How can I ever trust comgateway whose staff have "discarded" my items which I have entrusted the company to ship to me, without obtaining my permission?

Do not use this company. I used them for the first time to ship clothes from the US to Mexico, and while everything seemed to be going well, once the shipment was out of the US and I had an estimated delivery date, everything went wrong. For whatever reason, the shipment was routed from the US to Singapore and then to Mexico, and was then delayed for TWO MONTHS - I contacted comGateWay customer service several times, and never ever received a satisfactory explanation or solution. Once my shipment was finally released from customs and on its way to me, the DHL Mexico courier handed me a bill for 141 USD (in Mexican pesos) and told me I had to pay handling, customs and custody charges for my clothes in order for them to be delivered, or they would be lost. I contacted comGateway a week ago about this, and they have been utterly unresponsive. WORST service - use anyone else.
