Placed and order a week ago supposed to arrived today , didn't arrive, I quit ordering from Schwans about 3 years ago because of a smart mouth in their call center, thought I would give them another try and of course they screwed this one up......what a totally worthless company they have became.....

My delivery driver is amazing...let's make sure that's understood first. But, ever since the company was taken over by a south Korean company several years ago, the quality of the food and the customer service have become some of the worst in the industry. Further, popular items that I had come to depend on in rotation in our home have disappeared and/or become discontinued, with little or no notice. While I want to continue to use Schwans, it's becoming harder for me to justify the costs (many items I CAN get cheaper locally AND either pick them up or have them delivered). I'm afraid that Schwans is becoming a dinosaur in the modern industry and will continue to go downhill and disappoint it's large and faithful customer base.

DO NOT depend on Schwans for timely delivery! I placed my order weeks ago and the delivery kept getting delayed. I called twice yesterday to confirm it would be delivered and twice I was assured it would be. At 6:50 pm their warehouse cancelled my order because it wasn't in stock....ruining my Thanksgiving plans for a 2nd time. The EXACT same thing happened in 2018!!! I understand that there are product shortages, but if Schwans was operating on an automated inventory tracking systems (instead of pencil and paper) then they would have known this and could have told me in advance. And to add to their failure, they do not "allow" their front line customer service staff to forward customers to supervisors or managers. What company operates like that?????? The only thing the CSR could do was offer me "rewards points" to "appease me". My Thanksgiving is ruined and their rewards points are a slap in the face. Schwans has issues of ethics and integrity....take your business elsewhere!

Most of the food is very good. Some prices are too high. Kids love the ice creams and treats! Delivery driver is always very nice.

I bought several ice cream items off the truck last week. The ice cream is terrible. Thick and clearly bad. I left messages, completed a survey online and called what they call Customer Service. This has been the worst experience ever. I will never buy another item from Schwan's. They really do not care they have sold you a defective food item.

Out of Stock: I suppose to have 4 but got 2 stuff, Not Happy. They only charge you what's available though, at least I get my money back. So I order again in May 2022, it happen again but a little different, I order 4 and end up got 3 items and They need to learn how to stock up a lot of stuff too.

Guy knocked on my mom's door after sunset. Tried to give a fake sob story about needing to sell food for his kid. Garbage quality, garbage sales tactics

Had ribs tonite. bought a week ago smelled good looked good. But we're Way to salty. Had to stop eating them.would like credit towards another product
