My order was delivered on the scheduled day, and left on shady porch. However, the company no longer packages their items in a styrofoam cooler filled with bags of dry ice. My order was partially wrapped in a piece of foam with ONE bag of dry ice. The ice cream had melted, and the chicken had thawed. I emailed the company and within the hour I had a response and a promise to credit my account. I won’t order from them again.

We have been a long term customer of Schwan's (over ten years) and have never been so disappointed as with our latest interaction. We scheduled the delivery on their website for between 9 and 12 am, It wasn't delivered until after 2 PM. Then they just dropped our order on our front porch and did not even knock to inform us it was here on a hot 90 degree day, We found it hours later. The delivery was incorrect, included items we did not order, wrong quantities for those we did order, a crushed box, and then our card was charged for more than we had agreed to. If I could give them less than one star I would.

This company USED TO BE great. Personalized service and decent frozen food. Company now moved to a mail order business for our area. Given a cost of shipping now added to their service, they think it's okay to partial fill an order and then expect you to place a new order and be accountable to shipping again. Not adapting to their business model. Customer Service and escalation paths do not listen and are more interested in policies than customers.

So disappointed in Yelloh! Schwans was great and we have been customers a long time. 2 weeks in a row I have not received my order. I summit it, choose the date and time. I get txt that it is out for delivery and nothing comes. It’s impossible to talk to anyone and the form that you have to fill out is a joke! Nobody ever contacts you back. I will be deleting the app and will not do buissness with them! They really need to rethink the way they are doing things!

Schwan's good name has been run into the dirt. Now named Yelloh for good reason. Quality and quantity of their products have declined, service has declined, prices have soared. I never thought I would see the day when such a reputable company like Schwan's would be ruined by one of its own family members. I've loved this company since I was a kid (50+ years ago) and now, to see it as a shell of what it once was, is heartbreaking. Yelloh is NOT Schwan's, it's a dark shadow of it.

I hadn't ordered from Schwan's in almost 2 years because of life issues....I knew of the rebranding to Yelloh but kept my account active so that when I could afford them again, I could still order from them. Until yesterday when I got the email that they are changing my area over to delivery via UPS. I live in Texas and a UPS truck is not a place to put frozen food. Texas heat will destroy that shipment considering UPS doesn't come to my neighborhood until late in the day. I already hated that they just mysteriously started sending me marketing emails even though my account is marked NOT TO....I found out last night that as of last week they laid off ALL of the customer service phone agents, so no one to talk to anymore. You can submit an online form, but who knows if those will ever be actioned. Marvin Schwan must be rolling in his grave over how his beloved company is being run into the ground, and by his son Paul at that! Nothing says we care about our employees other than laying them off right before the holidays. This was all part of the plan of rebranding to Yelloh. Never again will they get any of my money - I used to love getting their food, but even when I still got deliveries, there were products that I could tell we not what they used to be....cutting corners to save money, and now cutting employees. Just a money grab by the executives.....stay away from them!

30+ year customer of Schwan’s, now called Yelloh. Quality and customer service has greatly deteriorated since the takeover. We always buy the fudge pops, we found two very large, very sharp splinters on the sticks from our last two orders, different boxes. We also found a 1x 1/2 inch piece of silicone and a clump of inedible stems or something in the California Blend vegetables. I reported all of this to the company, they were “ very sorry “ and issued a credit for the fudge pops, but not the vegetables after two phone calls. This is extremely dangerous! If a child gets one of these big splinters, or swallows that silicone, it could be fatal. What used to be a highly reputable company is now terrible. They have raised the amount for free delivery to $69.99 when in the beginning it was always free, then it was free if you placed your order in advance. I had one of their snotty representatives tell me it was never free. It’s such a shame, our driver is great, but we will probably stop buying from them.

This review is for Schwans food delivery now known as Yelloh..... I have been a customer for four plus years. Today they canceled my order and I found out they have closed my local depot.... Gone...The End. This was after a week of emails about sales etc and I had a large order pending. No one ever bothered to tell me they are going away. The food was good, the drivers were great, but corporate policy is shamefully bad. Would you trust them to make sure the food is safe any more??? NO. The new owners do not care about quality or customer service or their staff, so do they care about food safety and quality? I doubt it.
