The lady that delivers the products doesn't talk to us very much and she says she can't get us a catalog plus when someone says they don't want to order from her she tells them that they can't do that! This gal named Sonja when you put on the online page that you don't want her to stop she doesn't pay attention to it! Something should be done about it! She hasn't been on this route very long. Dylan was alot friendlier than she is. If you wanted anything he would get it for you and if you didn't want him to come out he would listen to the online page.

I was supposed to have my order shipped on 1/17. I'm in Ohio and we got hit with a snow storm. I figured my shipment was just delayed. I kept checking my emails to see if I would be notified and kept checking my door since it's just a drop off. Nothing! So I call Tuesday, 1/18, customer service was horrible. He does tell me my order will be shipped this Saturday, 1/22! Still no email to tell me that! And you can't just email them anymore, I got an email back saying: In an effort to provide our customers with timely and accurate customer service, we have discontinued the use of email as a “contact us” channel.  For immediate assistance, call us at 1-888-SCHWANS (1-888-724-9267) or chat with us online at www schwans com Sincerely, Consumer Care Schwan's Home Delivery Phone: 888-724-9267 Order today at www schwans com So anyways, I ask him why I wasn't notified by email, he says my email wasn't set up!! Really!?? They sure as heck email me about my order and when they take funds from my account or when they don't have what I ordered. They can't send a courteous email saying my shippment will be delayed a week??? I don't think he understood, he sends me a link to create an account. OMG!! I'm not mad at the driver by any means but I am however livid that you didn't notify me about the change in delivery. A week is a huge deal!! I cant believe I had to call and find out. And I'm irritated you don't have helpful customer service!
