Today is the last day I get service from schwan's, I have been disrespected for the last time. The delivery driver told me that they don't accept cash anymore. This is un American.

We have ordered for years and recently were down due to hospitalizations. We finally got healthy, made an order, to include salmon steaks for a family get together. There were eight of us and our order never showed. Called the office and the recording said they were closed, call back. We called the next day and were told the address dropped out on their end and they could come the following Monday. What good does that do? They should not charge for a terrible mistake like this.

I have been a Customer with Schwans off & on for about 20 yrs. And it saddens me to say how SAD I am at how the "Old-Fashioned, Grandma Homemade" Flavor of the Schwans Foods have been LOST!! When I FIRST tasted a Schwans Meal, it was My Favorite Food...a Homemade Chicken Pot Pie that Scwans calls a Chicken Bake and a PEACH PIE by Schwans that tasted like my GRANDMAS!!! OMG....to DIE FOR!! The TASTE of those TWO BROUGHT TEARS to My Eyes.. the MEMORIES came crushing back at me!! Sadly, NOW Schwans NO LONGER Sells that Luscious Peach Pie AND that AMAZING CHICKEN BAKE SAUCE has been CHANGED SO MANY times through the years, I Can NO LONGER TASTE My Grandma in your PIES!! WHY Did ya'll CHANGE IT?! IT WAS PERFECTION!! Ya'll are LOSING Your HOMEMADE REPUTATION!! PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!! Get RID of ALL those "FAKE, FROZEN PIES" you can buy at ANY Grocery Store!! Your 1st Checken Bake was PERFECTION!! And.. so was your PEACH PIE!! Your LOSING "GRANDMA" IN YOUR FOODS° BRING THEM BACK...PLEASE!!! TY.Patricia and Ernest Gonzales. 830-557-3212. Blessings....

Very poor service for o time delivery. Just restarted service & just e fed again for good. Hell my 1st delivery was set off for 2wks. Now 1nd for no explanation. No show no call. Now supposed to had bn delivered from 12-3pm. At 10:30 pm I get email for me to call & reschedule, but they close at 7pm. & wn I try online to reschedule. It tells me a $5.00 charge unless I wait 4 more days. Worst service possible. Looks lk I just hv to keep Walmart busy or some else, because Schwan’s overpriced items just got stopped coming to my house for not being loyal to me as a customer. Hell loosing about $400.at minimum a month

We had a terrible experience we preordered over $200 worth of product but only received about half of what we ordered he did come to give us the rest the next day but made us pay for some of it we had already paid for it,so if you order from schwan's make sure to check your order before they leave.

Haaaha, SO glad to see MBI closed. Schwan's took my 11:30, slot to deliver my food, and gave it to MBI, because they could make more money in that time slot, by driving out there, and just threw me in , whenever they could squeeze me in. I told my driver, I didn't feel that was fair, Schwan's black balled me from getting their food. Didn't hurt my feelings, that food will kill you for all the sodium used in the products.

I will never order from schwans again. I tried to purchase food with my snap benefits because online the site says you can but you have to put a card on hold and give the card at the door. Instead my friends card got charged and then the UPS guy left. And I called schwan to get my money refunded and they said they would and come charge my snap benefits instead. Which they never came so i called again and they said they couldnt give my friends who put their card on hold for me money back. So now the persons card i put down to hold the food is never going to get their money back all because they dont list all the "requirements" on the site saying you suppose to talk to someone about when a schwans truck route is available to use your stamp card and if your online you only use cards. Well thanks alot because that was never said on the website. How can customers know what not to do when there is no guide to do it. Ill never ever purchase anything from schwan's every again. Thanks for a bad experience for a first time customer.

Since Covid 19, my friends who went out to eat every sat night have been comming over to eat Sat nights at me house. We do schwanns meals every time. The meals are very comparable to going out to eat, but a lot less expensive. We have been doing this for about 5 months. Very happy with the quality of food. We don't even miss going out to eat. Make it a Schwann night
