I recently had an outstanding experience with ScentDecant, and I can't recommend them enough! Their collection of sample-sized fragrances is impressive, featuring a wide variety of scents from both well-known and niche brands. As someone who loves trying new perfumes without committing to full-sized bottles, ScentDecant is a dream come true. What truly sets ScentDecant apart is their excellent customer service. I had a problem with a couple of the small bottles arriving mostly empty and they quickly amended that by sending replacements. It's clear they are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their customers. Overall, ScentDecant provides an exceptional service for fragrance enthusiasts. I will definitely be a returning customer and encourage anyone interested in exploring new scents to give them a try!

Had a wonderful experience with customer service my fragrance came empty in the packaging i believe to do with the heat wave i emailed them and within 24 hours they had simply asked for a photo and had sent me a new package free of charge it was a wonderful experience 5/5 will use them again

I purchased the samples so that they were coming for a specific date. They come in and every single one is empty and damaged, leaking all over the packaging. They refused to refund me even though their site says that they would and sent me the order a second time. And the second time also Was full of broken vials and leaked all over. Their support email is useless and the actual website doesn’t have a review tab. They just post very obviously fake reviews. Probably the worst costumer service I’ve ever had.

My husband purchased the womens Burberry, as a gift for me, from this site. It smells horrible! It for sure doesn't smell like the Burberry I already have. I did some checking: I looked up the site to find their "about us" section is simply a copy and paste of a dummy text used in the printing and typeset industry. Click on testimonials and it takes you to fragrances, no testimonials found. I also searched for Burberry on their site, it states "no products". Very suspicious company. I will ask my husband not to purchase from this site again.

I have ordered well over $300 worth of product from Scent Decant and all have been perfect until recently. I ordered two different 5ml samples of Baccarat Rouge 540 and the first one was delivered and had absolutely no scent whatsoever. I emailed customer service and was told all sales are final. I figured maybe it was a fluke and I ordered another one with two day shipping. This one also arrived with no scent at all. After being told the first time all sales are final, I have to unfortunately stop ordering from Scent Decant and I really hate that but $100.00 of bad product is unacceptable to me. I hope you all have much better success and I really was quite happy with Scent Decant until this last purchase. Happy Smelling.

Excellent experience! I’m very impressed. Order was prompt but arrived with two samples damaged. Scent Decant quickly solved the problem and sent me new bottles. Customer service is top notch.
