I have used Scentbox off and on for years. Trading scents is always easy when I haven’t liked them. For the first time ever, I had my bottles show up damaged and they replaced them right away! Amazing customer service.

Honestly, when I received my first order…it was entirely wrong. Obviously, I was sent someone else’s scents. Since it was my first experience, I figured my money and requested scents were lost. I emailed them and was surprised to hear just hours later. After requesting a photo of the incorrect order, they replied that my correct order was on its way. What a breath of fresh air to have a problem resolved so quickly and without hassle. I will be doing business again with this company!!

Every fragrance I've purchased has been legit. I love this company! It is a great and inexpensive way to sample high-end perfumes.

I truly do not think this product is authentic. I’ve been using creed fragrances for many years. I can say that their samples do smell authentic, but they do not have the lasting power that creed is known for these produce are knock offs.🫢😳

We're sorry you were not happy with the samples you received. I do want to clarify that our fragrances are 100% authentic, decanted direct from the original manufacturer's bottle. We only source our fragrances from authorized retailers.

I ordered Creed Aventus and never have received it. They sent a tracking number that didn’t even belong to my order. I spent $250 on this cologne and now trying to dispute it on my credit card. Be aware before ordering from this site. I will be using fragrance.net.

Always a go to for having a variety of high end colognes. Perfect for trying new scents at a low cost while allowing yourself time to wear for a few days before committing. First rate customer service. No complaints.
