I found this company by chance. I enjoy reading about their huge list of colognes/parfums for men. They are prompt with deliveries. If you have a problem with their product they make it right quickly. I will continue to order every month. Do your research on scents you think you might like and I'm sure they will have it.

I recently noticed an issue with a sample which I received more than a month ago. Customer service replied the same day and instantly shipped me a replacement for free! I'm pleasantly surprised! I wish I received such customer service everywhere. They've definitely gained a long term customer!

Fantastic customer service. My initial order did not arrive as UPS had confirmed it and they sent a replacement without hesitation. Some of the best customer service, and products that I’ve experienced and I will definitely be a return customer

I've always received great samples, quick shipping and excellent customer service. I LOVE that I can try before I buy a larger bottle. I have found so many jewels here.

With that response it says it all. Great Customer service. Far from professional and exactly what I said before. Shady AF. Oh by the way they will not refund all of your money when it was lost in the mail. And they charge that extra $1. I never got the product and still had to pay for shipping of ‘Zero’ product delivered.I had to dispute with my bank. Such a hassle.

I am so happy with the samples I ordered. They each came in mini spray bottles which are much better than from other companies I have used. I can confirm the perfumes that they use are authentic. They have really affordable prices also and I compared several sites before I purchased. I ordered a total of 12 samples and only one was leaking a tiny bit where it smeared the name on the label. Since it was so minimal I didn't even bother getting a replacement. I think I will definitely be ordering more samples from this company in the future.

So far extremely impressed. Affordable and reliable service. Carrier delivered order to the wrong address and scentbox reshipped the order with no fuss!

Save your time and go elsewhere. I ordered a mix of 3ml and 1ml vials to sample. My order arrived leaking and smelling incredibly strong. I immediately contacted customer service with several pictures claiming my order was damaged. Then they wanted more pictures, and asked which scents. I replied ALL 9. They ask for all 9 pictures of vials and all 9 scents. I send all pictures and include their SKU for each scent in order of the pictures. Once again they ask which scents. Finally on the 4th try I have included the sky, scent name, vial size, and estimate of how much was missing. Hopefully this is good enough but is definitely the last time I will do business with. My advice is for others to look elsewhere for service
