Scent DecantReviews of scentdecant.com

My original order didn't arrive/went missing, and Scent Decant is re-sending my order at no charge

I had my order sent to the right zip but wrong address and they were kind enough to resend to my corrected address no charge.I definitely will be ordering from them again!

The delivery was delayed even though I paid for the faster shipping option. I feel like I should be compensated for the delay. Because it was scheduled to arrive 4 days earlier than it did.

My stuff finally arrived will not order from them again they take to long and the tracking is wacky most places take a week it took them almost 3 weeks first experience good

Has a problem with shipping and they resent my order after confirming my info. Resolved my problem quickly

They got the best selection for fragrances samples with great prices.

I received the incorrect sample in my order and I contacted the scentdecant team and they corrected it immediately! They asked for a picture of the incorrect item and sent the correct item in the mail free of charge to me and didn’t request a return of the incorrect item. Excellent customer service and excellent experience all around!

Excellent seller. I’ve purchased from them twice and both times were pleasant experiences!
