My order experience was great! I ordered a product that had sold out, and I was promptly notified and reimbursed. The customer service rep was extremely helpful. I lived my order i received and I will ordering again in the near future!

These guys are awesome, had some shipping issues they took care of free of charge. Will definitely be using again. Good way to make sure you like the fragrance before investing in it. First day wearing new Tom Ford and I absolutely love it.

I have placed three different orders with scentdecant.com and I never had an issue. The credit card was bill correctly. All the bottles were filled to the top. The Cologne was always shipped to the right address. I have always just used regular shipping so I can't speak about the express shipping. I highly recommend ScentDecant!

My name is Eduardo Perez. I Placed an order on January 10, 2025. Notified Scent Decant within five (5) minutes of an error and used their website to contact them. My card was billed immediately. After several hours with no response, they wrote saying they could not edit the name of the sample because the order had processed. After further back and forth they offered to cancel the order. I asked them to cancel. They wrote back saying the order could not be canceled. Why did they offer in the first place? I have placed multiple orders with them and I feel nothing was done to correct the problem or assist in any manner. Extremely poor customer service towards a repeat customer. There is no telephone contact number to speak with a real person. I will never place another order with Scent Decant.

I placed an order on 12/18 and paid for express shipping - order confirmation stated delivery was expected to arrive 12/23-12/24. The UPS label was created on 12/19 at 10:10am, and there's been no progress since. I emailed on 12/21 to ask for a status update, at which time they told me they probably didn't have what I ordered in stock and didn’t know when it would be back in stock and ready to ship. I asked for a refund of the shipping cost, which they did issue on 12/26. On 1/5, when it still hadn’t shipped, I emailed to cancel the order altogether. On 1/8 they said they couldn’t cancel because the order was already shipped. I pointed out that it was not shipped & UPS tracking proves that the package still hasn’t been turned over to them. They replied on 1/10 “Our warehouse team states the parcel has been handed over to the courier.  When they scan it the tracking information below will update”. Tracking info is unchanged. I’ll never do business with these people again.

Their little sample vials are great cause they have a spray on them!

Scentdecant.com website came up as a search result of what website offers affordable cologne and perfume samples to order. So, I decided to order several samples from them, which were delivered recently. Upon arrival, as I opened the outer plastic shipping envelope, I immediately smelled cologne. That wasn't a good sign. So I opened the nice black felt ScentDecant bag and found two cologne samples had leaked in one of the little plastic baggies. So, one by one I checked off the names of each sample I ordered. Then I got to the two sample bottles that had leaked and made a mess. Those two were hard to read because the labels had gotten smeared by the colognes. The one label I could partially read and the other by process of elimination I identified. As soon as I knew which samples that had been found damaged by the leak, I contacted ScentDecant.com Customer Support Anne explained the situation. They promptly replied and requested a clear photo of the leaked, and damaged samples; which I sent to them via email. Once they could see the damaged samples, they promptly put in a replacement order of those two samples. So I give ScentDecant.com five stars for their courteous and prompt customer support and service. Also for providing the website for customers to order affordable cologne and perfume samples. Thank you.

Got some mancera samples and ombre leather Shipping took a little long but it was holidays so understandable. Great prices and good service, they were ready to handle the problem if shipment was 10+ days late.
