I've been ordering with WEEE well over 4 years now (ever since Covid forced me indoors) with an order every other week, and my experience were always good. Their product is always fresh, their frozen goods stay frozen, and their price is cheaper than most in stores. Also, they offer next day delivery in my area, which is super convenient - some other reviewers mentioned that their timing is sometimes off, but with how bad traffic usually is in my area, I'm still pleased that they are always able to deliver by dinner time. It saves me time since the closest Asian grocery is a good 45 mile drive away, and I love their wide selection. Best of all, their customer service line is super quick and handled all my requests well and efficiently.

I placed an order on the 17th with the anticipated delivery date showing for the 24th. Now it says the 27th, and the the label was created but wee has not sent the products to UPS yet. I made the order because it said it would arrive by the 24th giving me time to prepare for Lunar New Year. Now I don't know if it will in time at all.

Update: I’ve ordered three times with them by now in the course of two weeks and must say, their delivery was always on par and the orders were fulfilled correctly and with fresh items. Therefore, I have no need to hold back on increasing them to 5 stars. Well deserved! Original: I’ve been eying Weee for quite some time now but never got around to pulling the trigger, until very recently. You see, I was feening for some childhood Asian snacks and I wasn’t going to order off of Amazon. Up by where we live, Asian grocers and markets are almost non-existent and if so, they’re quite a distance away and wouldn’t exactly carry the items I’m searching for. With Weee, not only was I able to order some snacks I’ve been desiring but also freshly baked goods and/or sandwiches. Since it was my initial order, I wanted to go in cautiously and not get my hopes up too high and thus ended up with packaged sandwiches which were from bakeries in Brooklyn and Flushing. In addition, I also ordered pears and a pomelo. I received free shipping and delivery for my order. As expected, I also received a 3-hour delivery window the day before. It would’ve been helpful if Weee could’ve emailed me with that piece of information although not a dealbreaker, since I logged into my account and the information was updated. Lo and behold, they did indeed show up within the 2:30-5:30pm window. The exact drop-off time was 4:41pm so I’d say that’s indeed a job well done. The sandwiches were indeed fresh and oh-so-yummy. The fruit were individually packaged and fresh as well. As for my snacks, they were just like it was in my childhood. Based on this order alone, I’m indeed a satisfied customer although reading others’ reviews do make me a bit nervous whether I should continue using them. Perhaps I was just lucky as a first-time buyer. Hopefully it’ll stay that way as they’ll have a customer for life. Thus far, 4 stars for now.

Horrible delivery service - never delivers on time and the tracking system is always off not by minutes but several hours. It’s impossible to plan your schedule because the products arrive hours outside of the time slot. Horrible customer service agents, such as Leo. Spoke to him today and he’s absolutely horrible.

I have been using Weee for several years since 2021. I am fine with their service. However, I am worried about leaking personal information. Since using weee, I got a lot of unrecognized phone calls and texts. In 2023, I got an email from Weee informing me about Weee's data breach that I might be affected. I am in one of the Weee's WeChat group, mainly customers share the news about what we buy, and what was on sale. Recently, I noticed there were lot of unrelated garbage ads frequently appeared in the group, the ad ranges from hiring for a nanny, housekeeper to shipping service, wide range, but none was related to Weee. I contacted customer services several times, had no result. For this reason, my review is one star. This WeChat group is managered by Weee. Clearly weee is sharing it's customer base with other unknown sellers without customer's consent, which is unethical. Most importantly I am concerned about the safety of my private information, it could be breached again. I will not use this company going forward.

They gave me delivery window of 5:30-8:30pm but groceries came at 1am. And since I was asleep they just left it outside on the road. Unbelievable!

Delivery is terrible. They just leave it in the building lobby unlike other grocery delivery services like Instacart and Amazon Fresh that deliver outside the door.
