I started about a month ago ordering deliver from weee, so far so good. Except today's order, every one of the 5 bunch of dill was bad, 30% rotten, it looks like it all been soaked in water

My problem is similar to many others. Today, I waited 7H. I was given a delivery time between 10 and 1:30 then my delivery came at 6:15PM I had to cancel a meeting because I was expecting this delivery: why are the drivers not given a phone to update the customers of the delay? I like the products but if the delivery service has to be that inaccurate, I believe that I will not be able to continue patronizing them. Perhaps better customer service

Weee's delivery policy has become increasingly expensive. As a result, I am scared away from ordering at Weee although my experience was fine with a minimum order of $35 for the past two years. Weee should consider use of technology for delivery; that will save shoppers and the company a lot of money and win more shoppers. Robo delivery is the way to go.

I am grateful for weee so that I could shop online. Have used their service for years, and happy overall. Yet the 3 hour delivery window continues to be a joke. Today's order was "arriving between 2 and 5 pm", then it became "2:30 and 5:30 pm"....now it is "4:30 and 7:30 pm". To be honest, even though weee orders arrived late at night in the past, I would not care since I do not go to bed before midnight. Yet when the order has begun its journey early in the morning (status shows "in progress") one could expect frozen items to arrive soggy, and the dumplings to stick together in a bag - pretty gross.

Food quality is good, packaging is good, customer service is okay. But waiting time is all day, they keep putting off the delivery window, I have to be home all day, this is very frustrating!!!

There's nothing wrong with the delivery itself, even comes a day or two earlier, but the 3p sellers are usually awful especially Ichigo and tokyo mall. Overpriced shipping or pay 100$ just for mini items that are already upsold(5-10 dollars more than usual)
