I started about a month ago ordering deliver from weee, so far so good. Except today's order, every one of the 5 bunch of dill was bad, 30% rotten, it looks like it all been soaked in water

My problem is similar to many others. Today, I waited 7H. I was given a delivery time between 10 and 1:30 then my delivery came at 6:15PM I had to cancel a meeting because I was expecting this delivery: why are the drivers not given a phone to update the customers of the delay? I like the products but if the delivery service has to be that inaccurate, I believe that I will not be able to continue patronizing them. Perhaps better customer service

Don't recommend ordering from them. I placed my first order and got a window of 10-1. Then at 11:30, I got a notification that it would be 3-4 hours behind. When I called customer service, they said it could even be as late as 7 PM. I was getting perishable groceries delivered and this means I had to stay at home or close to home all day to wait for this. They could not provide a closer window. I was offered a 10% discount code up to $10 (meaning I have to spend $100). My day is wasted due to this delay and Wee did not provide a suitable solution for this big inconvenience.

I used to buy from them when they were cheaper. Now prices gone way too high.

First time ordering from Weee and have been comtemplating for months. Could not be happier. The packaging is better than Amazon. I love it!!!!

Packing and delivery is unacceptably bad. This time, a package of chicken was priced during transit, spilling uncooked chicken grossness over the other items in that package, including a cheesecake. The tiny ice pack in that bag didn't not keep anything in that package properly refrigerated. The first time we ordered from them, they didn't ship the cheesecake we ordered at all. If they don't mess delivery up, they do have pretty decent prices and interesting foods. 1/3 cheesecakes successfully delivered, 2/5 stars, wouldn't recommend. They seriously need to improve their distribution.

I have been ordering on Weee for close to two years. Delivery has improved greatly. I live in a large condominium complex with over 800 units. The first few deliveries were made to the wrong unit. I once had an order that was left by the community mailboxes. However, out of my last eight orders, all were delivered perfectly to my front door. All items were fresh and well packaged. Additionally, they offer the largest selection of Asian food, products and goods. Of note is that I have not ordered any item(s) that required shipping; all my purchases have been local. I have ordered a number of fresh bakery items, all of which were well packaged, fresh and delicious.

Always quick delivery and dry ice with frozen items. I love this company because the prices are generally lower than major retailers and everything is delivered fresh to my door. I'm not quite sure why their ratings aren't higher. These guys are great!
