Japanese from Japan living in LA here. I used to love weee but it gets worse and worse. So I stopped to use them. Their price got higher, they changed delivery service ? They left my grocery under sun outside gated community many times. Meat quality is disgusting, so gamey and stink especially their sliced beef. Downfall. I no longer interested buying from weee

RIP OFF!!! Extremely Disappointed! Misleading Advertising and Unauthorized Charges! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company! They advertised FREE SHIPPING on the first 5 orders, yet I was charged shipping on BOTH of my separate orders! What is the point of advertising free shipping if you're not going to honor it? To make matters worse, I was also charged a $2.00 tip that I NEVER authorized! Since when does a company take it upon itself to charge customers a tip without their permission? This is completely unacceptable and feels like a total rip-off! Customers should not have to worry about hidden charges, misleading promotions, or unauthorized tips when placing an order. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. If a company cannot honor its own advertised promotions and charge customers only what they agreed to pay, then it has no business asking for their trust. BUYERS BEWARE! CHECK YOUR TOTALS AND WATCH OUT FOR UNEXPECTED CHARGES! I will definitely think twice before ever ordering from this company again!

I ordered some frozen meats and prepared foods and they all arrived defrosted. They never even tried to keep it frozen. No dry ice to keep the items frozen so every item was defrosted and had to be consumed immediately because you can’t freeze, defrost and refreeze again unless you want to bacteria in your food. I count even see any ice for that matter. If they did put any ice in the box then it all melted. And I made sure to bring in my package as soon it arrived on my doorstep. I’m very disappointed in their shipping.

All I can say smell like scammer; they use cheap price to lure u in ; you will find out real price changed after you paid ; and the merchdize number changed too, I order 5 packet of fish n it showed only 2 after payment ; I cancel my order and hope they refund me without any drama.

Order arrived with package damaged. Pictures sent for proof but company does not want to give replacement or refund. Terrible customer service.

I ordered over $200 worth of groceries, but my order has never been delivered. The tracking hasn’t changed since the shipping label was created. I called customer service, but I was told the person who could help wasn’t available. When I called again, I was simply told to wait until next week. No one has been able to tell me where my order is or when I will actually receive it. At this point, I’m wondering if I can dispute the charge with my credit card company because I paid for products that I still haven’t received. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I have completely lost confidence in Weee!. Unless this situation is resolved, I will never shop here again.

They did not deliver to my elderly aunt’s door as I explicitly stated in my delivery instructions. Instead they delivered to the vestibule, so the whole order has been sitting outside in 90 degree weather while customer service has told me that the delivery driver would come back to bring it all the way upstairs to the apartment. The person I spoke with who referred to herself as Nathalia said she would call me back in 15 minutes. It’s been almost an hour at this point and still no phone call. I will never order from this place again. Also- they only offer the day of delivery, not time slots like 1-3 hour windows, so they deliver whenever they want to. Had I not been nearby to come all the way over there, this order would have sat rotting all day outside, or would have been stolen, and that would have been a waste of groceries in the first place.

I bought half a "roasted duck" that they posted at discounted price. What I received was a carcass of a half duck with no meat; just bones with skin. This duck was not BBQ duck like you find at Sam Woo. It was tasteless. If the duck was discounted don't try to cheat customers and sell the carcass. Will never order from them duck.
