I have placed a couple orders in recent years to send gift to my relatives. The orders has been going well in recent years and so I buy from them again this year. I have placed an order for something selling by the company gogolifesxxle, payment settled by credit card, and got an updates on delivery telling me delivery label printed out, and no more. No more updates on any delivery status, no package received. I raised a request for refund and the merchant and customer service just keep telling me to wait and then no more. No more response from the merchant, no more response from the platform customer service, seems giving me a response telling me to wait for their response is the only canned message available. No delivery, just refund! As simple as that. I have never experience something like this on Amazon, Temu, Shein, ebay, that is absurd for a platform to allow scammer exist on their platform without taking any actions. Why still 2 stars? because to be fair, they did deliver my other orders without problem.

I didn’t mind paying higher pricing than Costco for better persimmons and unique asian produce because the produce from Wee was larger and better quality at first . Before I closed my acct permanently I ordered twice with excellent packaging and the produce were fresh . On the third order my persimmons were not braced /cushioned at all so when I received my large shipment of 4 boxes many looked awful . I asked for a full refund and it was rebutted for half refund by management. Henceforth, the ones that looked not too bruised ended up mushy anyway . I threw most of them away . So when my sis from Tx said to order a product from Wee like her fav seaweed crunch w nuts , I looked elsewhere like Amazon. For poor packaging /quality control and poor management decisions I continually boycott Wee.

Orders are fine - problem is that they sell your info to scammers. I haven't bought from them for a while and after one order, I have new scammer IDs on my call list.

First several orders were fine. After then, price keep change and items were not good. You may still use it, if you do not have any asia grocery store nearby.

You never know when they're going to deliver until after you order. After choosing all my products they take away products out of my cart and say that I've bought too many of them which is a complete lie. They tell you they're going to give you money off of $25 or more and then they take away that discount at the end as well. They cannot be trusted

Ordering some merchandises from Weee!,for some unknown reason, it replaced my orders with some totally different items. I tried unsuccessfully contacting Weee!to correct the « baitandswitch » behavior. You guess: no answer of any kind from the company. I will contact my credit card company to rectify the dishonest Weee! behavior.

My order said delivered yesterday and they delivered it to the wrong appt and they won't give me a refund even if said the refund request was approved.

I put in my order trusting my items will get delivered tomorrow as what they originally said. Now I received an email saying it’s coming Tuesday next week when I need those ingredients on Monday! So what help is it to me by Tuesday??? They don’t have any direct line Not even a chat bot?!? Who do I talk to about this? No return/cancel button.
