Japanese from Japan living in LA here. I used to love weee but it gets worse and worse. So I stopped to use them. Their price got higher, they changed delivery service ? They left my grocery under sun outside gated community many times. Meat quality is disgusting, so gamey and stink especially their sliced beef. Downfall. I no longer interested buying from weee

RIP OFF!!! Extremely Disappointed! Misleading Advertising and Unauthorized Charges! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company! They advertised FREE SHIPPING on the first 5 orders, yet I was charged shipping on BOTH of my separate orders! What is the point of advertising free shipping if you're not going to honor it? To make matters worse, I was also charged a $2.00 tip that I NEVER authorized! Since when does a company take it upon itself to charge customers a tip without their permission? This is completely unacceptable and feels like a total rip-off! Customers should not have to worry about hidden charges, misleading promotions, or unauthorized tips when placing an order. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. If a company cannot honor its own advertised promotions and charge customers only what they agreed to pay, then it has no business asking for their trust. BUYERS BEWARE! CHECK YOUR TOTALS AND WATCH OUT FOR UNEXPECTED CHARGES! I will definitely think twice before ever ordering from this company again!

I've only had a handful of incidents where they forgot a product in my shipment, but they have always refunded me quickly for what I was missing. Shipping is amazing and accurate, the drivers are always friendly, and the variety of products offered by this company is great.

I ordered some frozen meats and prepared foods and they all arrived defrosted. They never even tried to keep it frozen. No dry ice to keep the items frozen so every item was defrosted and had to be consumed immediately because you can’t freeze, defrost and refreeze again unless you want to bacteria in your food. I count even see any ice for that matter. If they did put any ice in the box then it all melted. And I made sure to bring in my package as soon it arrived on my doorstep. I’m very disappointed in their shipping.

I have placed a couple orders in recent years to send gift to my relatives. The orders has been going well in recent years and so I buy from them again this year. I have placed an order for something selling by the company gogolifesxxle, payment settled by credit card, and got an updates on delivery telling me delivery label printed out, and no more. No more updates on any delivery status, no package received. I raised a request for refund and the merchant and customer service just keep telling me to wait and then no more. No more response from the merchant, no more response from the platform customer service, seems giving me a response telling me to wait for their response is the only canned message available. No delivery, just refund! As simple as that. I have never experience something like this on Amazon, Temu, Shein, ebay, that is absurd for a platform to allow scammer exist on their platform without taking any actions. Why still 2 stars? because to be fair, they did deliver my other orders without problem.

All I can say smell like scammer; they use cheap price to lure u in ; you will find out real price changed after you paid ; and the merchdize number changed too, I order 5 packet of fish n it showed only 2 after payment ; I cancel my order and hope they refund me without any drama.

Phenomenal service! Next day or typically two day delivery. Everything is fresh. I have ordered fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh bakery items, and frozen. Everything is in perfect condition! I have ordered four times since as it saves a trip to Chicago and I get free delivery! Remember to tip your delivery driver!!

Order arrived with package damaged. Pictures sent for proof but company does not want to give replacement or refund. Terrible customer service.
