I’ve been using this app for food for a while… until today. It was my worst experience with the service by far. In the app, you can instruct that your items be delivered at a certain location in your residence like the front door or lobby. I did exactly that but the person delivering my items STILL put them in a different location of my residence that’s far away from my instructions. On the ground. I had to walk a VERY long distance around my building to get them and carry them to where I live. IN THE RAIN. What a humiliating experience. I sincerely hope the driver just misunderstood my instructions, because they fumbled the bag. Luckily the box didn’t get wet and my food was intact. I have one more box of stuff coming (I made multiple orders at the same time) and then I’ll stop using Weee unless things improve. Do better guys.

Delivery delay ETA says 12am and custom service is extremely inexperienced and untrained. Everything they said contradicted everything they said before in the same phone call. It’s as if he was pulling up 4 other accounts and giving me different information every time. Asking personal information to verify but he had already confirm he verified my account, it was the strangest customer service experience I’ve ever encountered.

9 out of ten times, delivery does arrive until 10pm. Frozen food would be half melted.

It has been extremely difficult communication wise when it comes to delivery guys. All the delivery guys only spoke Chinese. Even though my address was pretty direct they struggle figuring it out and I tried communicating with them using videos and photos but it's inconvenient.

There was.no fresh fruit. Only canned or candy. Very disappointing.

Horrible company, just stay away from it. My personal informations were exposed and I am not sure if they were stolen or sold. Since then, I received a lot of scam messages (all in Chinese), and all accounts registered with the email address I gave to weee were found suspicious login attempts.

I hate this company won't order again the delivery never on time .
