The sauna works great and was very easy to set up and get running only took about an hour by myself although two capable people could knock it out in 20 min I’d bet. The shipping was not as fast as I hoped I had to call the freight company multiple times and schedule several appointments to get this delivered. The tracking showed my sauna sitting one hour away from me for 3 weeks and I wanted to pick it up because it was supposed to arrive dec 21st but didn’t get it till after Christmas as it was a gift. Non the less the sauna is great!!

Was on the market for a while and thankfully found Nordica... Great customer service, great pricing, but more importantly... when I had questions I got immediate answers which I was not getting elsewhere. Great company, highly recommend!

Great help from begging to end. Couldn’t be happier with my saunalife clg5. I had LOTS of questions along the way as this was a big purchase for me. All were answered in a timely manner. Very professional company would recommend buying from them if you want quality service

Delivery was 3 weeks later than promised.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced with the delivery of your order placed on Oct 30 with ETA Dec 12-25. Your order was picked up on Dec 16 and arrived at a local depot on Dec 17. It looks like four delivery appointments were made/rescheduled between Dec 17 and Jan 7, when it was received later that morning. It is unclear why that happened to you, so we certainly appreciate the feedback so we can share that with T Force. While shipping delays are sometimes beyond our control, we hope you are enjoying your sauna, and do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of further assistance!

Very happy with our sauna which we've been using for two weeks. Customer service during ordering was great, installation was straightforward, nothing damaged in transit and all directions were clear. Almost shockingly easy to put together with minimal screws needed. Sauna does what it's supposed to- gets to 150 degrees in ~45 minutes which is what was promised. Been really happy so far, would highly recommend Nordic Sauna and our Dynamic Sauna in particular.

Nordica Sauna has been great to work with. I bought a new sauna on black friday and unfortunately it was out of stock so they ended up giving me a free upgrade to a slightly larger unit they did have in stock. It has been delivered and all set up and working great! A+
