Purchased in Dec 2025, Ordering process was easy and they were very competitive. 1 of the two pallets arrive mid-Jan, took another 6 weeks to get the items lost in shipment replaced and delivered. Second shipment was 2/3 correct and had to go back and forth with follow ups and pictures for their factory (aka the distributor in IL.). Finally received all components in Mar and set up the sauna and heater, lights etc. Our Christmas present to ourselves ended up being a great Mothers Day present BUT we do the the sauna and heater purchased. Just did care for the distributor that they use to ship after the purchase. Purchased SaunaLife 4 person with the HUMUM Drop 7. All works great.

The delivery was great! The delivery company and personnel were fantastic actually. I have a sloped drive way and the delivery tech helped me tremendously. The actual sauna itself was easy enough to put together and I feel it was also very striaight forward and the IR works great! So why the 3 stars? Because the hot coals part of the sauna where you have the rocks and hot sauna parts was not well conveyed how to put that together. Meaning, you basicallyl need to get an electrician to put it in for you and you aren't told that up front. Not only that but there's not even an attempt to help you install it from an instructions or anything. They just kind of ignore that part as if you don't have this other thing to install. So yes the infrared sauna heats up and works great - great speakers too and all that jazz, it's so weird that you wouldn't put instructions on how to install the hot coal part of the sauna. Total miss - well you didn't even go up to the plate, you just took your stike out from the bench.

For a DIY sauna, Instructions are not thorough for assembly. Not clear on the little, intricate parts of assembly that are important to not miss

The order was efficiently processed, and the sauna heating unit came on time. However, it does not get up to temperature and I have let your customer service know. They gave me technicians to talk to (I guess independent) and they don't answer or call back? If I could get this figured out, I would revise to 5 stars.

After the purchase their was no communication from Nordica Sauna. It it weren't for the local trucking companies who delivered the heater, then the sauna we wouldn't have had any communication on the arrival. I never received an estimated date or knew that the items were shipped separately. I sent a few emails and about 50% were answered, the others ignored. Weeks after our sauna arrived, I began to get emails asking if we had received the items. Again, communication is poor. Update: After posting the reviews, I was contacted to get further details about my experience. The company investigated the issues and said they will be making changing.

As we talked after the hot tub we purchased from you, I really thought that you understood the situation we were in. We not only lost the hot tub, the deck and the furniture on the deck, we were so lucky that the forest did not burn. When it came time for us to purchase a new tub and after you said you would take care of us, what you offered as a solution, was not what I was expecting. I feel the manufacture should have stepped forward and talked to me about what had happened. To me it was a faulty latch on the stove. If the fire had the fire spread, they definitely would have been involved. Yes, we purchased a new one for I will redo the door so thi does not happen again. The tub as a whole is of very good quality

Delivery was 3 weeks later than promised.

The wait time for this product was over six months. The instruction book for this product is very lacking. There is a lot of wiring inside that there are no instructions for. The structure goes up very easily and everything fits well. But there are some components that you have to guess at. After additional costs, I'm pleased with the result.
