Suana Kits Sauna was super responsive. They answered all of my questions and gave me proactive insight that should make owning the sauna a more enjoyable experience. In addition, they checked to ensure my delivery was successful. I look forward to recommending them to my friends.

Exceptionally fast and responsive customer service! They went above and beyond by offering me an even better deal than the price match I had originally requested.

The customer service team of Ez and krissa were amazing. From questions during ordering on the product , to giving updates on shipping and detailed instructions to assembly. We are excited to use the sauna after all the electrical is finished. Top rates customer service team that is responsive and knows the product. Wish they offered a service of more local folks to help with install but we did it ourselves.

Krizza was incredible. The product is fantastic. I am 65 years old and use the sauna 4 times a week and feel younger than ever. I love the heater and how the functionality works. I can heat up the sauna from my phone in 15 minutes! The customer service overall was fantastic, and I greatly appreciate Krizza and all her efforts.

SaunaKits and specifically Jessica have been exceptional in their customer service. Jessica not only assisted me in getting a great price but when there was a problem with finding a shipper, she quickly stepped-in and coordinated a shipping solution. Ultimately, I received the Sauna in just over two weeks from date of purchase. She also kept me informed each step of the way. Will definitely recommend SaunaKits to anyone I run across that Is looking for a sauna at a great price with excellent customer service.
