Delivery went smoothly. Building and setup in our basement was a lot easier than I expected, I think it took my wife and I less than 2 hours from start to finish. Definitely recommend having a dedicated outlet it possible, and 2-3 adults to move the pieces (especially the pieces with any glass). We've been using the Sauna for over a week now and it's been such a great addition to our wellness routine! It's a nice way to warm up on a cold morning or relax after a hard workout or in between meetings.

Great product, a little expensive. Works well . The instructions definitely need improvement. I added some personal touches such as a hearth pad underneath and a hood cover over the intake and gas valve area. Good customer service
