Loved your video on the Costco barrel - evenhanded and credible. This is why I came to your site. I did call Matthew over the phone but this meant I couldn't use my PayPal account (for 6 months same as cash) - would've been nice to get the discount AND buy from your site so I could use PayPal. But Matthew kept me focused on my requirements (we're moving it in two years) and was very responsive via email, which I prefer. (And now the review web page isn't liking the 'Date of experience' - says it's not in the past - but whose fault is that? Ugh)

Edit: John reached out and explained the situation, answered/justified by experience and questions. He seem to be genuinely interested in improving the experience of the customer. I’ve already left the detailed message for the company. The delivery was delayed by four months due to manufacturing issues. When the delivery was to be made, they called me early in the morning to schedule the delivery, but when I called them back, their company was not open and was not receiving phone calls, making it near impossible to help coordinate the delivery. The delivery truck did not tell me the weight size of the delivery or the size of the truck, which was a semi tractor trailer that they wanted to drive onto my lane. He delivered the product onto the street far from my home and I had to coordinate myself getting it to my house. There were no instructions on how to assemble the product in this day and age instructions or a video would be easy to create and very helpful. I had to YouTube it myself the holes in the pre-assembled pre-drilled walls did not lineup very unimpressed for a $10,000 product the harvia heater requires an electrician to hardwire it to my breaker box. This is additional hassle and cost not well communicated to the consumer.

Item came in a timely manner, but arrived with a small pencil eraser size missing paint spot on inside of sauna heater drip pan. krizza helped me with the issue by issuing a partial refund. I am happy with Krizza’s customer service and communication.

I ordered on a weekend so I was assuming they would ship it on Monday, but I don’t believe it got shipped until Tuesday. I received it Sunday, which was six days after they shipped it. Box arrived in good condition via FedEx. I had no interaction with anyone from Nordica Spa, other than a text message on Tuesday saying they missed my call on Monday. I was trying to call to see if they were going to ship it on Monday but they didn’t.

Customer service was helpful throughout.

The carrier was able to help me get the package into the garage. The box on top of the pallet was pretty torn up but all the items inside were intact. Regarding the pallet materials, with the exception of one piece of wood which had some minor damage, the wood was in good shape.
