Great little sauna! We got the Barcelona 1-2 and it works great. Even surprised with the sound quality of the speakers. We have been using it every night for the last month. Only complaint would be the heater under the feet gets really hot, and the one behind the legs could radiate more in my opinion. For the price it’s pretty hard to beat. This will not seat 2 adults.

Great support in the buying process. Came well packaged. Plenty of extra pieces. Quality sauna

Huum Hive Wood 12kW: Ordering and delivery were quick and easy. Pricing was very competitive. The stove is outstanding. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was that I emailed with a couple questions but never got a response.

So far the delivery went well except I didn't know exactly what date it was going to be delivered -- only approximate date --- but i was able to adjust my schedule fortunately -- when the delivery came. I have not constructed the sauna yet but will in a couple days -- very excited about this Otherwise you do have a great outlet, service and have helped me find the sauna and accessories for me

This was my first time purchasing anything from Nordica. They answered all my questions about the sauna I was interested in. They ordered all my extra cables and accessories just as we discussed. The delivery arrived undamaged and the shipping company even placed the large box in my garage which I don’t think they had to do. My order arrived less than two weeks from purchase. Couldn’t be happier so far.

The wait time for this product was over six months. The instruction book for this product is very lacking. There is a lot of wiring inside that there are no instructions for. The structure goes up very easily and everything fits well. But there are some components that you have to guess at. After additional costs, I'm pleased with the result.

Best price on the market. Best service on the market. Quick shipping, friendly customer support and confirmation. I will shop again!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nordica Sauna and can confidently say their customer service is exceptional. They’re incredibly responsive, easy to deal with, and always willing to go the extra mile. Eric, in particular, has been a tremendous help. He’s not only knowledgeable but also super helpful, always resolving any issues I’ve had quickly and with the utmost care and professionalism. I’ve reached out to him numerous times with different questions, and each time, he’s gone above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. I would absolutely buy from Nordica Sauna again without any hesitation. Highly recommend!
