Sale person was very helpful. We chose the Avila. It says 1-2 person.. one is spacious and comfortable, 2 is possible but need to be small people and you would still be close. Always hard to buy online sight unseen but I felt confident in what I was told about products and love our new sauna. It arrived fairly quick set up was super easy. It does require two people to assemble. We waited quite a while for backrests but I’m assuming delay was due to natural disaster. They are a must have way more comfortable sitting when you can lean back. I wish the lower half warmed as much as the back .. be nice to have warmer legs and feet area.. but it’s not a deal breaker. I gave it four stars only for that reason and the delayed shipping on backrest. Great customer service.

Fabulous company. I had a really great experience. The products came undamaged and they were there through text message to answer any questions I had. Now that my sauna heater is installed working great.

Dealing with Nordica was very easy and they answered all my questions. The whole experience was painless. We now have an awesome outdoor sauna in what used to be a vacant corner of the yard. It’s now a cherished location.

This thing is a game changer! Haveing a personal sauna especially during the winter has been lifechanging. Its somehting that my whole family looks forward to each day and I feel like our over all health and immune response is much improved. It has also been a total godsend for my sons acne. My expereince with Nordica was top notch when it comes to the purchasing, deliver and service. I was easily able to change my order via text when the original order was out of stock. 1000/5 stars!

Ok- first off, this review is only for the ordering and delivery process, because we’re still installing the heater into our sauna and I hate how companies ask folks to review things immediately, but what you REALLY should want to know is: does this product stand the test of time, right?! So…I can’t speak to that yet. But the ordering process was easy and smooth…we had a kind representative help us find the highest discount code that wasn’t working for us, so that was amazing. The only reason I rated a star lower than perfect is because we didn’t receive shipping info, tracking , or anything for weeks. I was trying to be patient, but finally had to contact them to ask the status of our order and all of a sudden, I had tracking and shipping info. It’s clear that our order got lost in the holidays. But, it arrived in decent timing afterwards and was packaged well- no damage to the item, and we’re pleased with it so far. Will update after it’s fully installed and working. 👌🏻

The sauna is very good. It meets all my expectations at home. It heats very well, nothing bad happens. I am very pleased and I think it was one of the best purchases in the past year. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be healthy. Delivered was also on time

As we talked after the hot tub we purchased from you, I really thought that you understood the situation we were in. We not only lost the hot tub, the deck and the furniture on the deck, we were so lucky that the forest did not burn. When it came time for us to purchase a new tub and after you said you would take care of us, what you offered as a solution, was not what I was expecting. I feel the manufacture should have stepped forward and talked to me about what had happened. To me it was a faulty latch on the stove. If the fire had the fire spread, they definitely would have been involved. Yes, we purchased a new one for I will redo the door so thi does not happen again. The tub as a whole is of very good quality
