I am still trying to set this thing up. Your instructions, assembly, lack of customer service is a big concern. Now my heater is not working because of a safety switch. It was never packed with. I gotta tell you, the actual sauna is really beautiful putting it together in pieces is a complete and utter disappointment.

Had a very difficult time communicating to representative regarding shipping and delivery. Could not get a manager to speak to after repeated attempts. Spoke to a particular representative with no progress and he repeatedly asked if I wanted to cancel my order, I said I would like to speak to another representative/ manager to understand my position. Told the representative not to call me until Mgr was available. This representative called no less than six times.( I did not answer). Ultimately a mgr called and the shipping / delivery issue ( I live on an island), was resolved at an additional cost which was not told to me at approval of address and purchase. Ultimately purchased product awaiting delivery.

Not very happy with the delivery process. The delivery driver was great but the process was aweful getting to the point where i almost had to cancel my order it was so exhausting
