11/10 experience. Bigger than the product & the shipping process.. this team’s communication & customer service was top tier. There was a mixup with the rocks that came with the heater I had ordered and this team went above and beyond to make sure they made it right! Incredible experience and already enjoying my outdoor CLG5 sauna + HUUM drop heater to the fullest!

Nordic Sauna was great to work with. Very helpful. Sauna is awesome and my family has been enjoying it very much. My only suggestion to Nordic would be to update the website that the 3 in on sauna can be plugged in but requires an electrician for the steam part of the sauna. The delivery company was good to work with bit the driver was very unhelpful. They left the 70b crate at the end of my long (and very flat) driveway. It could have easily been dropped off much closer to the house. We, in fact made that request to the delivery company bit the driver completely ignores this request. All in all we got it in the house and put together and are really enjoying the sauna.
