Very knowledgeable and helpful, selecting the right equipment

I bought the Golden Designs Toledo sauna from Nordica Sauna, and my experience was fantastic. It was shipped with no issues and installation went great. I installed it myself, and had an electrician hook up the power as they recommended. I certainly recommend Nordica Sauna!

You did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Even following up after it was shipped and tracking down where it was 14 days after shipping.

Eric was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. I can’t wait to get my Sauna.

Very willing to help and good communication Answered all my questions and provided information I did not realize I needed

You would not think that a 5-star review would start with my wanting to return a product but it did. The hourglass I bought did not meet my expectations but when I reached out to Nordica about returning it they were 1) immediately responsive, 2) very generous, and 3) extremely considerate. The experience I had speaks volumes about the respectability and ethics of this company. I am impressed and delighted.

excellent service!

Gentlemen, that was on the line with me. He was very professional. I got everything that I need done.
