The 3 person cube sauna is awesome. we have had a great experience from being able to ask a lot of questions back and forth before the purchase. I get things on truck freight often so it was not a surprise when the truck delivery folks called just a couple hours before they brought the crate to the house. (not under Nordica's control) Installation was pretty intensive but I am a handy guy so it only took a day and a half(my helper can't yet grow a cool beard like the instructions said he needed) Now I get to enjoy the stars through the glass in a sauna that looks and feels high quality.

The representative we spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. We told him what we were looking for and he helped us get a Dana that fit our needs for a very good price. He was very patient and worked with us to find exactly what we needed. He was honest and didn’t try to sell us the highest price items.
