I just purchased the Golden Designs GDI-8040-03 2025 Reserve Edition 4-Person Full Spectrum PureTech™ Near Zero Infrared Sauna with Himalayan Salt Bar × 1. Matthew was extremely helpful with guiding me in buying the right sauna for my family. He also helped with pricing! So far the customer service has been exceptional and cannot wait for our sauna to be delivered!

I liked the patience and communication of the sales staff. I did not feel pressured or pushed. Just informed on the product and provided information. 5 out 5 Stars for Eric Pastrana. Thank you,
Jon

Eric et al have been great throughout the ordering process and delivery of our Sauna. 5 stars! Now we just have to put it together!😂

From my first conversation through my sauna arriving and being used by us at home, Eric and Jeffin at Nordica Sauna were amazing! There were a few ripples in between, when part of the sauna was not shipped, as well as an incorrect accessory being mailed. But I have to say that Jeffin and Eric in particular made sure my issue was thoroughly identified and quickly resolved wel beyond expectations! And most important too, was that the expense of return/exchange did not fall on me to get it right. The whole team professionally resolved everything and I couldn’t be loving my Finmark Trinity FD-4 any more! Thank you guys!!
