Dealing With Matthew and buying my 2nd IR Sauna was a real pleasant experience. He was professional and very knowledgeable. If he did not know an answer to my questions, he would get back to me with answers…I appreciate his patience when I was short on time. Working with the folks of the company was very easy, they kept me informed on the order shipping and total process. The product was very easy to put together. The one thing that I was a little surprised, is there’s no beginners guide to how to use the sauna. Fortunately, I had a family member that already had one who could give me tips. Otherwise, I think there should be a beginners guide to using the sauna. It’s great, makes you really sweat. I sleep better at night after I’ve used the sauna. Very happy with the purchase and working with this company.
