3-Star Review for SaunaBox I really want to love the SaunaBox because when it works, it's a fantastic product. Unfortunately, I've had to replace the steamer twice with minimal use on both units. It's frustrating because the concept and design are great, but the steamer itself seems to lack durability. That said, their customer service is excellent—they replaced the steamer at no cost and were very responsive, which I appreciate. However, the product would greatly benefit from improvements to the steamer's quality. If this issue is resolved, it would easily be a 5-star product.

Great value for the money. We have used for about a month now and love it. It would be awesome to have a four person one, we would buy it! Heats up quick, and very easy to maintain (so far).

Hubby and I have been using this sauna everyday. We love incorporating it into our healthier lifestyle. We feel good, we sleep better and we just really enjoy the sauna. So glad this product exists and the material seems durable and can last for awhile.

I love the sauna until the lid broke and now the moisture is escaping from the boiler. I have tried to reach out but have not heard anything.

I've been enjoying my saunabox 2-4 times a week. Super easy to use and very convenient warm-up time. My only suggestion would be to add an accessory pad that can go under the saunabox for liquid absorption during use.

Set up was quick and easy. Sauna gets hot and steamy but it does take a little while to figure out what setting actually makes you sweat vs just being drenched in steam. As we all know heat rises so it’s definitely hotter at the top so sometimes sitting the whole session you end up missing out on the benefits of the heat. Entering the sauna has to be quick and precise because if you don’t enter with some haste you will lose all your heat and steam in an instance. There should be warning on tubing and black steam hub in sauna that they get extremely hot to touch. Bumped my foot against both and it was not a pleasant experience. Overall it’s been a great addition to my home and I use it at least twice a week.
