SaunaboxReviews of saunabox.com

at first i was unsure......but wow! it gets hot and steamy. pretty awesome for a portable unit. gave it to my wife at Christmas.......now all my kids are using it on a regular basis. great so far, lets see its longevity?

Loved the ease of setup, literally used it within the first half hour of receiving it. I find myself at work thinking about getting in it as soon as I get home.

It's much more intense (hot) than I expected. It contains the heat well and has enough room to stand and/or sit. I use it almost every day and love it.

We just received the accessories after waiting months and still do not have the actual sauna. I’ve emailed twice with no response.

I've had my Saunabox for nearly a month now. I use it almost daily and so far it seems to be living up to my expectations. Seems to be built well and I've been noticing the benefits of the heat therapy. The reason for my mediocre score is that I live in Canada and had to deal with some unexpected extra fees. It took around 3 weeks to arrive and I ended up paying over $220 for shipping, duties, and taxes. I live in a major city in Alberta. Had I known that I probably would have gone with a competitor.

The heating aspect is great and it works. The material/cover for the product is a big issue for me. Even w the use of essential oils I just smell the material (plastic/chemical) every time I use it and it have even permeated the room it’s in. I thought it would go away but after 10+ uses it’s barely faded. A major component of a steam sauna is respiratory health and feeling like I’m breathing fumes the entire time is a big bust.

I like the product and my wife loves it. It is essentially boiling water in a chamber and piping the steam into the sauna. It does get warm in there but not as hot as I'd like. I drip by the time I get out but I feel like most of it is just condensed steam rather than sweat. The temperature inside the box is much cooler at the floor than the top as well so my feet and lower legs never really heat up.

So far the SaunaBox has been dream. It gets really hot, was relatively easy to setup and looks amazingly stylish. It's shape allows it to fit right in the corner of the room.
